We stock rebuilt air suspension parts, including EAS valve blocks, air dryers and air compressors for P38 and Classic Range Rovers. Parts are usualy ready to ship.
All prices include a core charge, refundable upon receipt inspection of your rebuildable core.
Package your block very well. Please do not use styrofoam, it makes a huge mess.
A valve block rebuild includes all new o-rings, cleaning, inspection, and testing. I have some used parts
(valves, diaphragm, solenoids) available, or I can order new replacements if needed. If any replacements are necessary they will be extra (most likely would be a diaphragm). Full testing of the valve block after
re-assembly on our test bench for basic operation, including pressure switch and relief valve set points, and solenoid valve operation. We then install your block in our test mule, a 1995 4.0 and run it for a day or
longer to ensure everything works correctly. At this time Classic blocks cannot be tested in-vehicle, but we hope to offer this capability soon.
We warranty our work for six months, and any new parts installed will come with their standard manufacturer's warranty.
